报告摘要:

The Tanabe-Sugano diagram for the d3-electron configuration indicates that the luminescence spectra of such ions can be dominated either by the broad spin-allowed 4T2 → 4A2 band (a weak crystal field case), or by the sharp spin-forbidden 2E → 4A2 peak (a strong crystal field case). The former situation is realized for the V2+ ions and sometimes for the Cr3+ ions. The latter is always the case with the Mn4+ ions and sometimes with the Cr3+ ions. An interesting situation can take place in the vicinity of the 4T2 and 2Estates crossing, when both sharp and broad emissions can be detected. This is often the case with the Cr3+ ions. With increased temperature due to the host’s thermal expansion, the crystal field strength decreases and the broad 4T2 → 4A2 band intensity is enhanced. As a result, the ratio of the broad and sharp bands intensities changes and its variation can be fitted to a certain function of temperature. A few examples of such materials will be discussed in detail.

Mikhail Brik是爱沙尼亚塔尔图大学物理所终身教授,香港教育学院荣誉教授,中国国家外专局高端外国文教类专家,重庆市百名海外高层次人才聚集计划获得者,重庆市巴渝引智计划特聘教授,重庆邮电大学特聘外籍专家,全球最有影响力的十万名科学家之一(谷歌学术引用8383次,H指数44)。2013年其获得爱沙尼亚国家科学奖,2014年担任中科院SCI2区期刊Optical Materials的杂志主编,2018年获得波兰总统颁发的政府教授头衔。来重庆邮电大学工作7年来,他领导的科研团队共计在国际知名SCI期刊如《德国应用化学》(影响因子12.257)上发表论文142篇(其中高被引ESI7篇,总他引2385次),并撰写英文学术专著1部(2Amazon在线),有力地促进了重庆邮电大学学科国际化建设与发展。在他的影响下,波兰科学院物理所、塞尔维亚贝尔格莱德大学等一带一路国家的高等院?;蚩蒲谢瓜群笥胫厍煊实绱笱┦鹫铰院献餍?,并开展联合研究和培养青年研究人员。
